QXY began in Chicago in 2014. At its heart is a simple idea: carefully made dumplings, shared around a welcoming table.
The founders, Mr. and Mrs. Man, brought their family’s dumpling tradition to Qing Xiang Yuan. Today, that story continues in the wrapper, the filling and the care behind every fold.
